the fair

I went to the fair last sunday. My boyfriend and I was able to go because I had two free tickets to get in. I got the tickets from my neighbor, who gives us free tickets every year. Chris and i went there Sunday afternoon on a warm evening. When we got to the fair there was not as many poeple like I though there was going to be. We went to go see the art contest and see if there are any good rides. when we were on your way to the colluseum chri s saw his best friend from school. His friend, payton, just gradutated from police academy. he was scheduled to work at the fair for the whole time it was here. He was told to stand in one spot for the whole time, I think he said he had to stay for about eight hours. I thought holy crap those shoes must be killing him. Well, Payton and Chris stood there and talked for a good hour or so. Then we left and went to go see the photgraphy. There was not much art work like there was last year, but the ones that was there was good. I was going to enter this year in it, but I missed the date by one day. I was upset alittle. I think my mom was more upset then I was. She thinks my pictures are really good and could win the art show. I am not as confident as mom wants me to be, but that is ok. It is better to think you can do way better then think high of yourself, and people think you are snobby or something. I got some new ideas for what I need in my pictures for next year. We went to go look at the drawings. They were faboulse this year. There was alot that caught my eye. I wish that I could of take them and put them in my room, but I can't. Then we saw the plants and this lady came up to me and asked if I like plants. I told her my mom did. She gave me a address where they have a gardening club. We left and walked around alittle bit. The galleries smelled like cow crap. Then we saw this bunny. It was so fluffy that you could not see it eyes. We tried to get a pick. once we did it did not even look like a bunny. The lady who owned it had won trophies for her bunnies. She has about twenty of them. Then chris talked to payton again for like two hours but that is ok, because my best friend called me. We talked for a while too. We decided not to ride any rides, because the rides this year did not seem that good. That was my day at the fair.
